IVECO BUS, the leader of European public transportation, will take part in Busworld 2023, which will be held in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, between 7-12 October. At this platform, which is the most important trade fair of the public transportation sector in Europe, IVECO will launch zero-emission vehicles and other alternative drive models. IVECO's 11 vehicles covering every mission, from urban, intercity and sightseeing buses to minibuses, will be introduced at the fair, which allows promotion in an open-air exhibition.
Emission-free mobility will be featured at the IVECO BUS stand in Hall 4. The brand will showcase its comprehensive product range of fully electric vehicles on the market today, from urban and intercity vehicles to minibuses: The stand will feature the 100% electric e-DAILY minibus and chassis, E-WAY New Generation, STREETWAY ELEC and CROSSWAY LE ELEC. All these vehicles feature the latest NMC battery technology, specially industrialized by FPT Industrial, the powertrain brand of the Iveco Group.
WHAT WILL BE PROMOTED
- The carbon-neutral product range of IVECO BUS will be expanded with a new model dedicated to urban tasks, which will be unveiled at the world premiere in Brussels.
- At Busworld, IVECO BUS will demonstrate how its vehicles integrate new Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that comply with the European General Safety Directive, which will come into force in July 2024.
- Visitors to the IVECO BUS stand will also discover the brand new style that will be introduced on all vehicles exhibited at the fair.
- Special services will also be introduced at the IVECO BUS stand.
Energy Mobility Solutions are the brand's new dedicated services to support customers in fully electrifying their fleets: specially configured electric buses with batteries, chargers and infrastructure to fully optimize each electromobility project.
IVECO ON is the brand's connectivity services offering designed to fully cover customer operations, from the effective management of the electric fleet to optimize energy consumption and performance, to improving the operator's life on board.
Six IVECO BUS alternative drive models – fully electric, natural gas and biomethane, hybrid – complying with energy transition requirements will be available outdoors for static presentations and test drives: E-WAY 9.5m and 12m, URBANWAY CNG Hybrid 18m, CROSSWAY Low Entry CNG Hybrid, CROSSWAY and EVADYS.
