Reminding that Duru Özer, who won the gold medal in the Computer Olympiad again last year, returned from the computer Olympics with a gold medal this year despite the earthquake disaster in Kahramanmaraş, Minister Kacır said: We have a very serious infrastructure that will hold the present and the future. Our young scientists, who returned from the Science Olympics with medals, are an indication of how accurate and appropriate our investments are in this sense. Today's requirements put science and technology first. Our young scientists, who make us proud with their achievements, are proof that our future is in safe hands. We have an infrastructure in science and technology that we believe in and trust. We will continue to provide all kinds of support to our young brothers and sisters who are dedicated to science in order to strengthen the science and technology infrastructure of Turkey, which is marching towards the future with the National Technology Move, as we have done so far. I greet all of our students who make us proud, their families and teachers who raise them as individuals in love with science, and I wish their success to continue to increase.”

TUBITAK President Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal said, “We provide all kinds of support to our science-loving youth, with the thought that the best investment is the investment made in the scientists of the future. The return of these supports as medals in the International Science Olympics makes us all extremely proud.”
