Stop; “Our product portfolio has been expanding at an incredible pace in recent years. Not only our production quantity and dyeing power, but also our product variety is getting richer. We go beyond traditional sewing and embroidery threads. We continue our work with a strategy that will meet the demands of many different regions of the global market with our yarns with Artistic, Technical and Sustainable themes. In the next 5 years, we plan to generate approximately 25% of our total turnover from technical yarns. The Technotextil 2023 fair, which we will attend, will be an important platform to show our technical competence to the visitors from the regional markets.”
Stating that they apply different finishing processes during the product development process, Durak explained that this way, the yarn structure is made resistant to external effects that may cause deformation. “For example, its UV resistance feature eliminates the negative effects such as loss of strength and color fading that can be caused by the sun's rays on the yarn,” said Durak, adding that with the use of Duraless and Duma yarns, customers get 2-3 times more yarn compared to standard sub-spun yarns, and that the time and labor caused by yarn change. He said his loss was averted.
Stating that they have received reports from accredited organizations and institutes on technical yarns and that they have internationally valid certificates on sustainability and environmental impacts, Durak underlined that the solutions they offer can be used safely both in textile production and by consumers.
