Turkey Rowing National Team made history at the U19 World Rowing Championships held in Paris, France, on August 2-6. The Turkish Rowing National Team, which participated in the races with 4 teams and 10 athletes, won 2 World Championships and a World Third Place.

The first gold medal in the races came from the team of İki Tek, consisting of Aytimur Selçuk and Enes Biber. The World Champion team finished the races in the first place with a time of 06.33:83.

The second gold medal came from Halil Kaan Köroğlu competing in the Single Double category. Halil Kaan Köroğlu, who finished first with a time of 07.06:42, became the World Champion.

In the races, the Dört Tek Stems team, consisting of Yusuf Ziya Ateş, Gökmen Kaan Sezer, Selin Boz(d), Yiğit Yaşar Doğruok and Ahmet Erdem, won the bronze medal in the races where they placed third with a time of 06.26:54 in the general ranking and became the third in the world.

Competing in the Doubles category, Alper Şevket Eren and Giray Yazçayır finished the races fourth and became the fourth in the world.
