The world's largest dating site, French-based Gleeden, continues to make its mark on the agenda with its research on private life. The application, founded by women, conducted a survey with 2714 women among its registered members in Turkey, determining the relationship between water and water in their sexual lives.
Water consumption habit
Considering that we sweat and consume water during lovemaking, especially in hot weather, 85% of the participants answered "Yes" to the question "Do you drink water during lovemaking?", while only 15% say that they make love without needing water.
“Can you take a break from making love to drink water?” While 79% of those who answered the question say, "I drink water while making love," 21% say I take a short break during lovemaking and drink water.
To the question "Do you take water with you before making love?", 72% of the participants answered "Yes", while 28% stated that they did not make this preparation. Thus, they have to take a break and go to the kitchen every time they make love. Their motivation decreases and they often cannot continue where they left off.
Water consumption while making love
It is a habit to consume aphrodisiac foods to stimulate the desire to make love. Especially energy-giving dried and fresh fruits are most preferred. However, we need hydration as much as we need energy. Staying hydrated is the best thing you can do to revitalize your sex life. To reach the ideal hydration level and ensure that water reaches every cell of yours, you should start consuming regular water 12 to 24 hours before you start making love. You can check whether you are getting enough water by monitoring the color of your urine. If it is dark colored, you should drink more water.
Here are the reasons why we need to drink water while making love:
More slipperiness
Are you suffering from dryness in your erogenous zone? Maybe it's because you don't consume enough water. Because dehydration can cause dryness in women, which can cause pain during intercourse, not being able to enjoy it, and not being able to move as you want.
easy orgasms
When you're hydrated, it not only provides better lubrication, but it also increases blood flow, allowing you to experience easier, longer-lasting and more satisfying orgasms.
rising energy
Are you feeling too tired to have sex these days? Then you need to drink water to regain your sexual energy. If you don't drink enough water, the lack of hydration in your tissues affects the energy-producing processes in the body, leaving you less stamina and lackluster for sex.
System cleaning
Water cleanses your body from dirt and toxins. When you don't drink enough water, all of this can build up in tissues and disrupt your body's biochemical balance. This then affects your sex hormones and libido, making you less eager for sex.
It overcomes fatigue
An energetic sex session may well be as tiring as athletic exercise. A recent study says 25 to 30 minutes of sexual activity is comparable to a 3-mile run. There is also a decrease in energy that occurs after sex. Water can help you beat the fatigue that comes with sexual activity.
