Stating that, as Tanyer Yapı, they have undertaken environmentally friendly projects that are integrated with nature, attach importance to green energy, Tanyer said, “TanUrla, which is a modern village project consisting of different flat types from 1+1 to 6+1 with horizontal architecture in Urla Bademler, is only an architectural project. We will apply a landscape that is suitable for the location of our project and that already grows naturally in this region. We will collect and utilize rainwater. We will also collect, purify and use gray water. We attach great importance to the green energy system and water saving in order to reduce the dues in favor of the homeowners. We will create a more natural plant diversity instead of plants and grass areas that cause high water consumption just because they look beautiful in the landscape. "We will use the grass areas in sufficient quantities to prevent excessive water consumption," he said.

General Coordinator Taylan Tanyer emphasized that they will obtain almost all of the energy needs of residences from the sun with the practices they will implement in sustainable and green energy.

Since we planned this at the foundation stage, it will appear harmoniously as if it were a part of the house, with an architecturally correct setup. There will be a charging station in every home for electric vehicles, whose use is becoming increasingly common. We will implement an infrastructure and hardware capable of charging everyone's vehicles at the same time. We decided that the vehicles that will serve within the site will also be electric. We will be able to solve the needs within the site in a clean, noiseless and fast manner. By storing solar energy in certain centers, we also provide solutions to the energy needs in common areas and homes. "Those who wish will be able to obtain all their energy needs from the sun with the battery they will use in their own homes."
