Doğa Sigorta launched the Agency Development Academy, which will provide significant support to increase the success and efficiency of its agencies. Doğa Sigorta agencies will support their work with technical and practical training through a comprehensive, free online training program carefully created in the fields of Digital Marketing, Customer-Focused Sales Techniques, Insurance Pricing, Damage Process Management and Insurance Law. Agencies that are successful as a result of the exam that will be held after 96 hours (3 months) of online training will be entitled to receive a certificate signed by the rector, which will be recorded in e-Government. Agency Development Academy 1st Certificate Program started on September 23 with 91 agencies who were entitled to participate in the training program.
